The Atrabilious Nihilarian

About the blog

This is me, trying to do more than survive while raising an unexpected late-in-life daughter ten years after the death of my first daughter.  At 36, with 1 non-bio daughter in college, 2 (1 bio, 1 not) sons in high school, and a toddler, my views of the world are changing, but I find myself staying more or less the same, which is to say, a square peg in a round world full of people I don’t really understand.

I needed a place to vent, a place to put things that don’t really have a home.  I have no idea what will actually go in the blog.  I imagine lots of stories and complaints of day to day life, rants about the insanity that is the world around me, records of things I make and accomplishments and dreams.
